By installing or playing the COLLATERAL: MAXIMUM LETHALITY closed beta ("the Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.

License

FEDERATION GAMES grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for non-commercial purposes during the beta. The Game is licensed, not sold.

Beta software

The Game is pre-release software provided "as is". It may contain bugs, crash, lose settings or change without notice, and the beta may end at any time. Back up anything important on your computer before playing.

Confidentiality and sharing

Please do not redistribute the beta build. You may share screenshots and video of the Game unless we ask otherwise.

Conduct

Do not cheat, modify the Game to gain an advantage, attack our services, or harass other players, including through voice chat. We may remove access for anyone who does.

Feedback

If you send bug reports or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the Game without obligation to you.

Fiction

COLLATERAL: MAXIMUM LETHALITY is a work of fiction. Its characters, factions, places and broadcasts are invented. Any resemblance to real persons or organizations is coincidental.

Third-party software

The Game is built with Unreal® Engine and uses third-party content and services, including Steamworks (Valve) and Epic Online Services, each under its own license. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEDERATION GAMES is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued play means you accept the update. This license ends when the beta ends or if you break these terms.
